1. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Southborough MA who:

• Own a residential single family home located within Rodenhiser Home Services’ service area
• Have a current gas furnace that is 10 years old or older at the time of entry (proof of system age required if selected)
• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry

Employees of Rodenhiser Home Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes runs from November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. One winner will be selected each month for a total of five (5) winners:

• November 2025
• December 2025
• January 2026
• February 2026
• March 2026

3. How to Enter

To enter, complete the official entry form on the Rodenhiser Home Services sweepstakes page and provide:

• Full Name
• Street Address
• City
• Zip Code
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Age of Furnace
• Furnace Fuel Type

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on the final day of each month to be eligible for that month’s drawing. Non-winning entries will carry over to subsequent month drawings. Limit one (1) entry per household for the duration of the sweepstakes.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Each month, one eligible entry will be randomly selected by Rodenhiser Home Services in a drawing conducted at its sole and absolute discretion. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of selection. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Rodenhiser Home Services retains sole and absolute discretion over the selection of winners.

5. Prize Description

Each monthly prize consists of:

• One (1) new, high-efficiency gas furnace, approximate retail value (“ARV”): $16,000, inclusive of standard installation as described below.
• The designated furnace model is the AMERICAN STANDARD S9X1B060U4PSBB Gas Furnace, provided it is compatible with the winner’s home.
• In the event this model is not suitable for the home due to sizing, configuration, or other technical requirements, Rodenhiser Home Services will, at its sole discretion, select a furnace of comparable make, model, and value that is appropriate for safe and effective installation in the winner’s home.

Prize does not include:

• Major ductwork modifications or replacements
• Electrical service upgrades
• Gas line relocation or significant modifications beyond standard reconnection
• Chimney or venting upgrades beyond code compliance requirements for new equipment
• Additional accessories not included with the selected furnace model (e.g., humidifiers, air purifiers, zoning systems)

If additional work is required for safe installation or code compliance, Rodenhiser will provide an estimate; such work will be at the homeowner’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Installation Date

All installation dates will be determined solely by Rodenhiser Home Services. Rodenhiser will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the homeowner’s availability; however, the final installation date shall be set by Rodenhiser and is final and not subject to change. Failure to accommodate the scheduled installation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Early Replacement Refund Provision

In the event an entrant purchases and contracts for the installation of a new heating system from Rodenhiser Home Services after submitting a valid sweepstakes entry but prior to the applicable monthly drawing, and that entrant is later selected as a winner, the winner will be eligible to receive a refund of the cost of the qualifying equipment and standard installation, up to the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize ($16,000).

To qualify for this refund provision:

The entrant must have submitted a sweepstakes entry before agreeing to and contracting for the new system installation.

The contracted installation must have occurred before the date of the drawing in which their name is selected.

Rodenhiser Home Services will verify entry timestamp, contract timestamp, and installation records internally; no additional documentation from the winner is required.

Limitations and Exclusions

The refund will apply only to the cost of the equipment and standard installation components that are included in the Prize description (including the designated furnace model or a compatible model of similar value, standard labor, and standard removal/disposal).

• Major ductwork modifications
• Electrical upgrades
• Gas-line relocation
• Venting/chimney upgrades
• Add-on accessories (humidifiers, purifiers, zoning, etc.)

The refund amount cannot exceed the total cost actually paid by the winner for the qualifying installation.

The refund has no cash value and will not exceed the ARV of the Prize ($16,000).

Rodenhiser Home Services retains sole discretion over the method, form, and timing of the refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Rodenhiser Home Services, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Rodenhiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and system age, and to disqualify any entry deemed incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent.

Winners agree to allow Rodenhiser Home Services to use their name, city, likeness, photos, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rodenhiser Home Services is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical failures of any kind
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or the installation/use of the prize

10. Governing Law

This sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Southborough MA.
